Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Screening call with Dylan
Once our team has reviewed your application, we'll schedule a 30-minute video conference call. This will be a casual chat with our Head of Customer Success to get to know you a bit better and give you any more information you might want about the role.
- Stage 2
Take-Home Task
This stage involves a structured written task designed to assess your communication, problem-solving, and client management skills in the context of real scenarios. It helps us evaluate how well you understand client needs, structure onboarding processes, and deliver value through written communication - all key aspects of the Onboarding Manager role.
- Stage 3
Panel Interview
This stage is a 30–45 minute conversation with our Head of Client Success and two other team members from across InvestorHub. It's designed to assess soft skills - including communication, empathy, adaptability, and stakeholder management, as well as your fit for our fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.
- Stage 4
Co-founder Interview
This final conversation is a one-on-one with Rhys, our Co-founder. It's a high-level discussion focused on strategic alignment — how you think about the role, your long-term growth, and how your values and approach align with InvestorHub’s vision and culture.
- Stage 5
Offer
At this stage, we’ll send through a formal employment contract for your review. We’ll also speak with your nominated references and complete a standard police check as part of our onboarding compliance process.
- Stage 6
Hired
Welcome aboard! On your first day, you’ll meet the team, get set up, and begin your learning journey. We’ll guide you through our onboarding plan to help you ramp up confidently and start making an impact.
