Initial Phone Screen
Once we've reviewed your application, if you are a potential match, our team will reach out to learn more about your background and experience.
- Stage 3
Phone call
Your first step will be a phone call with Rhys, one of our co-founders, to discuss the role and your background in detail to see if it aligns with what you're looking for.
- Stage 4
Take-home task & presentation
We'll send you a take-home task to help us understand how you think about finance and approach the function.
- Stage 5
Take-home task
We'll review all the take home presentations. If successful, you'll proceed through to an on-site interview and present your findings to the team.
- Stage 6
On-site interview
You'll be invited to our office on Flinders Street to meet some of the team. You'll present your take-home task to the leadership team and workshop your findings together.
- Stage 7
Panel interview
This role will own the global finance function. As part of the process, you'll meet Alex, our UK MD, who is spearheading our overseas expansion. You'll present your take-home task in a streamlined format, followed by a short interview.
