Phone call
If we love your application, a member of the team will give you a quick 15-minute call. This is just to get to know you a bit more as a person, talk through what you're looking for in a role, and answer any questions you might have.
- Stage 3
Interview
This stage will be a casual 1:1 conversation with Maxy, our Head of Product & Design. We'll talk about your experience in a bit more detail, run through your approach to research and testing, and chat more in-depth about the kind of culture you want to work in. There'll also be an opportunity for you to ask any more questions.
- Stage 4
Live challenge
We'll do a couple of live exercises to see how you think on your feet and how you approach new problems. There's no homework, but we'll send you something to read in advance so that you can feel prepared.
- Stage 5
Founder interview
Our final round is a casual chat with one of our co-founders, Rhys.
- Stage 6
Offer
Let's close the deal! If it feels like a good fit, we'll make an offer and start the formalities.
